First and Last Name Order

In footnotes, the first name of the first author or editor comes before the last name. For example,

  1. Charles H. Talbert, Reading John

At the beginning of bibliography entries, however, the last name of the first author or editor should always come before the first name. For example,

Talbert, Charles H. Reading John

Unfortunately, there are a number of bibliography entries in the SBLHS 2 that are incorrect in this regard:
